2. Overview

This website works without user accounts, cookies, advertising tracking or external analytics services. For audience measurement we use our own cookie-free statistics on our server (see below). Fonts and icons are served from our own server; no connections are made to Google Fonts or other third parties.

3. Hosting and server log files

The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Friedersdorf (Germany). When you visit, the host processes technically necessary data such as IP address, date and time, the page requested and browser type in order to deliver the page and keep it secure. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and stable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We have a data processing agreement with the host under Art. 28 GDPR. The data is processed in Germany.

4. Storage in your browser

When you confirm the age check, we store the entry “ab18” in your browser’s local storage so that the check does not appear on every visit. The random game stores the last game shown for the duration of the session (sessionStorage). These entries never leave your device and contain no personal data. The legal basis is § 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG, as storage is necessary for the function you requested.

5. Submitting a game

If you submit a game via the form, we process the data entered (game name, rules, equipment, optionally your name and email address) in order to review the submission, contact you with questions and publish the game if appropriate. The form data is processed on our server and forwarded to us by email; it is not stored in a database. To prevent abuse, your IP address is temporarily stored for at most one hour in a shortened, irreversible form (hash). The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time by email. We delete submissions we do not publish after six months at the latest. If published, only the name you provided is shown, never your email address.

If the form submission fails, you can send your submission by email instead. We then process your email for the same purposes.

6. Audience measurement without cookies

We use our own statistics on our server to measure how often our pages are viewed. No cookies are set, nothing is stored on your device and no device information is read by script. We record: the page viewed and its language, the website you came from (domain name only), any utm_source parameter, how long the page was visibly open, and clicks on affiliate links (product, placement, marketplace). The server roughly derives country and device class from headers your browser sends anyway (preferred language, user agent).

To count visitors, the server creates a shortened checksum (hash) from IP address and user agent together with a random value generated daily. The IP address itself is not stored; the random value is deleted daily, so you cannot be recognised across days. Browsers with “Do Not Track” or “Global Privacy Control” enabled are not recorded. Raw data is deleted after 14 months at the latest and never shared with third parties. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in privacy-friendly audience measurement (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing (Art. 15–21 GDPR). You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the authority responsible for us: Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen (LDI NRW), Kavalleriestraße 2–4, 40213 Düsseldorf, Germany.
